Previous experience

• Mango: Systems Team Manager @ MangoOnline where a small team of engineers kept up & running an e-commerce site whose revenue was increasing day after day. I created a team that gave autonomy to Development to launch and operate their microservices following Platform Engineering principles.

• Basetis: Committed IT consultancy company. There I had the opportunity to learn how to coach Engineers and I could start learning the new world that AWS created. Awesome group of people.

• UPCnet: Company looking after the infrastructures of the UPC. My first experience as an Engineer and took with me a lot of learnings from that stage.
